Esther is a psychologist who works largely with neurodivergent children and families (autism and ADHD). She believes that warm, trusting relationships are integral to good health and wellbeing, and feels privileged to be able to develop connections with clients and walk alongside them as they navigate life's challenges.

Her work is influenced by the neurodiversity affirmative movement, Circle of Security principles, and ACT. She welcomes members of the LGBTQI+ community and enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, using flexible, adaptive, and evidence informed strategies.

Esther enjoys working with children and families and sees play as the means through which children explore and understand their world. She loves using playfulness as an opportunity to help children develop social, emotional, and self-regulatory skills. She supports professionals to utilise these same skills in building children's mental health and wellbeing in their practice.

When she's not at work, you can find Esther in her garden, going for a walk to enjoy the sunshine, or curled up with a good book and a coffee.
